We are going to dive into the details of a dreamy all-white baby shower for a boy that took place at the extraordinary Harwelden Mansion in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Harwelden Mansion, a historic gem nestled in the heart of Tulsa, provided the perfect backdrop for this elegant and sophisticated affair. With its stunning architecture, manicured gardens, and timeless charm, this venue set the stage for an enchanting event. This historical mansion harmoniously blended with the all-white theme of the baby shower, creating an ethereal atmosphere that left guests breathless as soon as they walked through the doors.

Entrance

As guests entered the grand hall, they saw a beautiful artwork inspired by the couple's pregnancy announcement photo. Venada Digital Concept, a talented artist worked hard to create this piece. In a special gesture, every guest was invited to add their personal touch to a wooden block, which would be kept as a special keepsake for the baby.

TABLESCAPES

The tables were adorned with pristine white linens, dainty silverware, and elegant white china. Beautiful vases filled with a mix of white florals served as stunning centerpieces, enhancing the overall enchanting atmosphere. For added refinement and a touch of opulence, delicate silver tapered candle holders and wallet-sized picture frames showcasing cherished photographs of the parents to be adorned the setting. Chiavari chairs added a touch of sophistication to the event. Each place setting also included a card to write down advice for the Mom to be.

Brunch Spread

We had a delicious brunch spread with a brunch themed charcuterie graze, tasty quiches, fresh salads, and amazing sandwiches. Each table was adorned with florals that were smaller replicants of the ones that were on the tablescape. The highlight of the charcuterie table was another custom drawing of the parents to be from Venada Digital Concept.

Dessert Spread

Our all-white dessert display showcased white chocolate strawberries, pretzels, Oreos dipped in white chocolate, brownies, and chocolate cupakes. These desserts created an unforgettable experience for our guests. The dessert spread also included a two-tiered cake, which had small edible baby letter blocks on top. These baby blocks were meant to highlight the special keepsake guests made for the baby when they entered the venue.

Backdrop

To capture memories that would be cherished for years to come, a photo backdrop was set up. This custom backdrop included two arches, one 7x3 arch and one 6x2 arch, an all white balloon garland, and greenery. A whicker barrel chair, decorated with greenery and florals, was also included for the mom to be to sit on when she took her pictures.
